RESERVATIONS
Reservations and inquiries for services must be made through our office BAGUS INK SURF in Bali. To ensure efficient handling of all reservations and inquiries, maximum details such as arrival and departure dates, flights, names and number of people, etc. are required.
CONFIRMATION
All reservation requests are usually reconfirmed and if immediate confirmation is not possible, the principal will be notified of the booking status.
PRICES
All prices are quoted NET (including 10% VAT) to the Travel Agent in US Dollars at the current exchange rate.
AGE POLICY
To be able to play Rafting, the recommended age is from 7 years to 65 years (Child and adult prices are the same) from our current prices, insurance is included.
PAYMENT
Payment via our bank transfer
A 50% Down Payment (DP) upon confirmation of the service and a 50% advance payment via bank transfer must be made one month before the start of the service, with all bank transfer fees/costs to be paid by the client.

CANCELLATION
A cancellation fee of 25% of the TOTAL Tour Price will be charged if a confirmed booking is cancelled within one week prior to the client’s arrival
REFUND
No refund will be made for any unused land arrangement.
RESPONSIBILITY
BAGUS INK SURF acts as an intermediary between airlines, hotels, all transportation operators, and all local tourism industries providing services. Therefore, BAGUS INK SURF is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage suffered by the traveler, including those occurring outside the tour program. Additional costs incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disasters, political actions, and public unrest must be borne by the traveler. The program and prices, services and conditions are based on those in effect at the time of printing and are therefore subject to change with or without prior notice, before or during the tour. Participation in our tours implies the traveler’s agreement to the above conditions.
